Johnson City officers arrested two people on charges of theft and forgery on Wednesday. Jamie and Ashley Stines were arrested and charged with three counts of theft of property under $500, two counts of identity theft and two counts of forgery and credit card fraud.

A former clerk at a local department store is facing felony charges tonight. State Police say 30 year old Aquila Thomas took a customer’s drivers license and social security number to illegally get four credit cards, two cell phones, and a home computer.
